Due to current changes in the U.S. customs regulations, our DHL shipping service is no longer avaliable. We are however still shipping internationally including the U.S.

We offer 2 shipping service, regular airmail which will take approx. 10 - 14 days. All cigars are shipped without bands or boxes unless otherwise requested.

No tracking facility available on this service, nor is there any guarantee, but it is very, very rare for your cigars not to arrive.

US $ 20.00 per box of 25 cigars.

The second is an express service called EMS, totally trackable at

US $ 50.00 per box of 25 and takes around 3 to 5 days and is gauranted for all except US customs intervention.

It is still against U.S. law to import any Cuban products into the U.S.A.

There are two ways to find the products you are after:

1a) you can use the 'Product Search' box to find items by keyword (eg. 'cohiba'), or

1b) you can browse our product range by using the 'Popular Brands' and 'Accessories' area (these are located to the left side of the page).

2. Once you find the product you would like to buy, simply enter in the quantity you would like to purchase then press the 'Buy' button.

3. When you are ready to finalise your purchase click the 'Shopping Basket' button (located at the top of the page). This will take you to the 'View Basket' page where you can change the contents of your shopping basket if you desire.

4. Clicking the 'Proceed' button on the 'View Basket' page will move you to the 'Place Order' section. On this page you fill in your contact details, shipping address, and provide your credit card details.

This site encrypts your details whenever you make an order. You can see this by noting the little lock that appears closed in Internet Explorer when you go to the Order page. Depending on your browser's settings, you may also notice a message that appears when you make an order prompting you to view the site's security certificate. This security certificate encodes all transmissions between you and our server making it almost impossible for a hacker to obtain any of your personal information. In addition, all email transmissions made from this site are encrypted with the only known safe encryption system called the Vernam Cipher. Lastly, if you log on to this site and change your address, we will manually contact you to check the change is authentic.

Perhaps most importantly, you should realise that the most dangerous place to use a credit card is the way you use it normally - in full view of people. If you use your credit card for any purpose, it will be viewed by many people. Because credit card numbers are stored within organisations, they can be viewed, copied and misused by any of the people coming into contact with them. This includes the person processing the transaction, administrators within the organisation and the office cleaner when old credit card transactions are placed in the rubbish bin.

The fact is that if you use credit cards you are risking your credit card being misused. The question then must be, what will be the cost to you of this misuse?

Most major credit card companies will refund the costs of any fraudulent transactions. You can confirm this by ringing your credit card company. In the absolute worst case, some credit card companies charge a fee, usually around $50, for fraudulent card use. This will occur if they cannot be convinced you were not responsible for authorising the transaction. In effect, this means that using a credit card turns into a $50 'gamble' that your credit card will not be misused. This 'gamble' exists whenever you use your card.

Is using your credit card over the Internet any more dangerous than using it for everyday use? Although many complex security systems have been proposed, because of the inherent problems of using credit cards, none are completely secure.

We have never had a problem with fraudulent credit card usage in all the years we have been in business. If you are really paranoid, but need to use the card, you can invent whatever process you are comfortable with. For instance, send the expiration date with the order, and in the credit card number block just put "will come by e-mail", then e-mail the number separately. Just give us enough information in the e-mail to identify your order.

Finally, if you are still concerned about giving out your credit card number over the Internet, contact your credit card company to see what their recommendations are. In most cases you will find they do not discourage use of the card over the Internet.
